This package provides both the issue type set up and custom fields appropriate for an advanced risk management process.

Best practices risk management requires more than just a workflow but also an adherence to the information needed about a risk. This configuration will support risk identification, evaluation, and control. It will also describe how risks can be converted from “risks to “issues”.

This is our first issue type and workflow in the marketplace. Such configurations are a part of our solution blueprints available on request.

The RISK SYNTHESIS Management item is used to capture any risk associated with a project, the enterprise or any initiative.
Remember that risks are not always associated with negative outcomes – risks that have potential positive impacts should be identified and managed to maximize the benefit.

Risk management items may appear in a number of different workspaces and can be generally considered to be a workspace i.e. Risk Management. In the context of project management, they have a defined role.

The configuration set up below is our recommended layout. As regards the workflow, we have included screenshots of screens for the transitions. A fully automated version of this is available for clients but requires additional third party apps.
