The Atlassian Marketplace can be an overwhelming place at times with over 1,500 vendors offering nearly 4,000 apps.

Furthermore, with app self-categorization it can be hard to find what you’re really looking for when you search for, say, a diagramming or reporting application.

This is where Blended Perspectives’ Marketplace Analytic Research Service (MARS) comes in. MARS contains in depth data on the Marketplace dating back to November 2018 while we have also spent the time carefully categorizing apps with over 500 instances into their most relevant category.
