In Calgary on February 20th, we’ve met at the Atlassian Group Meetup.

Blended Perspectives was excited to host the Calgary meetup event to meet with Atlassian users and people who are interested in all things Atlassian! They join us for a drink and open discussion about your Atlassian needs with our certified experts to see how we can help each other with a better understanding of industry trends. If you’re an IT person and involved with Atlassian tools or are just curious and want to learn more about them, this was the event for you.

We featured a talk by Nick Jeffree, Operations Manager, pairing with one of our Certified Atlassian Consultants, to explain the best deployment method you can choose and freely discuss with the group any questions that you may have.

Nick Jeffree, Operations Manager
Nick leads the Licensing and Sales Operations team at Blended Perspectives in Toronto. He is responsible for tailoring the pre-sales and solution selling capabilities of the Atlassian suite to meet customer-specific needs. He is passionate about helping organisations implement processes to enable them to operate at scale. Throughout his career Nick has worked in various industries on three different continents.

About the Presentation

Whether you are just getting started with Atlassian or already have experience with the ecosystem, an array of Marketplace apps, differing functionality, and organizational requirements can make it difficult to choose the best deployment method for your Atlassian tools. We talked about the current Atlassian deployment methods (Cloud, Data Center, and Server) with example case studies of how different companies are taking advantage of their deployments to operate effectively, and at scale.
