Real-Time Portfolio & Project Management at Rogers – A conversation with Michelle Boutin, Director of Operations (PMO), and Cristian Lazar, Senior Manager, Service Management Tools

This webinar will be a case study of how Rogers moved from a fragmented approach for Project and Portfolio Management to a consolidated platform using Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Desk along with the main planning engine: BigPicture by SoftwarePlant; other apps include Comalatech’s Document Management, Insight, Eazy BI, plus others.
