Our recent webinar was on “Planning! Planning! Planning!”. Planning is a hugely significant category and we thought that it was about time for a recap, especially with recent developments–in particular Jira Work Management. Here’s our summary of all of the main points from the webinar:
Watch this news breaking webinar Miles Faulkner and George Spalding discuss the evolution of ITIL 4 and Atlassian’s Jira Service Management. It’s been nearly a year now since we had Troy DuMoulin with us to discuss velocity across the enterprise and we wanted to revisit ITIL 4’s progress to date.
Watch this webinar as we provide a context for assessing testing apps, identifying the relevant ones for discussion, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.
We recently ran a webinar on Portal apps for Jira and Confluence. Portal apps can be key to bringing context to work for role-workers and helping individuals feel a sense of orientation, especially in large corporate settings. Here’s a recap of all of the main points from the webinar:
It’s been a while since we covered planning but it was one of our most successful webinars. So we’re gonna give you an update. There been a lot of developments in the category. The most notable being Jira Work Management. We will be doing a comprehensive review of JWM and it’s role vs. 3rd party planning apps. We have some interesting conclusions which suggest a powerful combination of both JWM and heavy-weight planning apps is the best strategy. We will also cover the latest developments in Jira Align.
There are many reasons to link issues, and many ways to do so. To use Insight or not? Customers still often ask this question. Issue-linking provides the foundational capability for many of our solution blueprints, from PPM to GRC and beyond. We will review many of the key use-cases for linking issues and third-party apps that provide this functionality. We’ll cover data catalogues, asset records in Jira, requests from Service Management, and the power and limitations of object graphing.
Watch this engaging webinar where Troy DuMoulin (VP R&D at Pink Elephant) and Miles Faulkner (Co-CEO of Blended Perspectives) will describe the full stack of culture, practice, and automation as critical success factors for taking an integrated end-to-end approach to processes and automation.
