We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key sales role responsible for executing sales and business development strategies, and ensuring sales operations processes are efficient.  

Currently, this position is remote and we are looking for candidates that will be working in EST hours. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage license renewal process including regular customer touchpoints, licensing quoting, upsell opportunities, and the general admin support of all software sales  
  • Engage directly with existing software resale customers to advise them on any upcoming Atlassian product initiatives/key dates, License Management, and Consulting services 
  • Direct and support sales team members on licensing opportunities/quoting and other sales-related tasks  
  • Provide accurate and detailed licensing proposals to both customers and the internal sales team 
  • Collaborating with teams to improve sales operations processes to ensure efficient flow through from beginning to end  
  • Manage and coordinate the completion of SOWs, RFIs, RFPs 
  • Manage and track all sales pipeline and status of each by creating and maintain accuracy of sales tickets and company CRM systems within Jira 
  • Advise and validate finance team members’ work on consulting billing, customer, and COGS payments to Atlassian and consulting project status reporting, as required 
  • Maintain and stay relevant on Atlassian licensing changes/product knowledge to advise customers directly  
  • Other sales operational duties as required 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred 
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in tech/SaaS or similar field, with a proven track record 
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, confident, and comfortable with learning new software and systems 
  • Superb communication and customer relationship skills with the ability to influence decision-makers 
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to generate sales leads and meet and exceed monthly objectives 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively
