Blended Perspectives is a fast-growing Leading Atlassian Solutions Partner with a focus on supporting value-added expertise with the Atlassian suite of products.

We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with the leadership team at Blended Perspectives in leveraging your business expertise to provide best practices configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian product suite, such as Jira, Confluence and marketplace apps

Responsibilities:

  • Provide documented guidance and recommendations in timely fashion
  • Provide clients with practical advice and guidance as part of consulting assignments
  • Participate in presales interactions in order to recommend best solutions to clients
  • Ability to work in an agile working environment with the ability to make recommendations and provide feedback on requests to workflow changes and business process
  • Lead in the configuration and testing of product implementations
  • Able to provide ongoing support on different projects
  • Ability to identify root cause of client issues, and be able to correctly manage and deploy changes
  • Internal work collaboration with different teams, as well as contribute materials to corporate Blog posts
  • Work independently on medium to larger projects and assignments, often taking the leadership and project management role
  • Capable of becoming a lead in the client requirement gathering, process analysis, deployment and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in science, management or technology subject such equivalent
  • 3 or more years’ experience with software development, technology management and delivery, and / or IT operations
  • One or more Atlassian certifications
  • Nice to have: solid knowledge in Agile Development Principles and Team Software Development
  • Familiarity in either Service Management/ITSM, PMP or Scaled Agile; SAFe is a bonus
  • English or French as a first language or a strong command of the English language both written and verbal
