In order for us to service your licenses, we may request that you name us as your Billing Contact at

This means we bill you instead of Atlassian, everything else stays the same. We’ll also ensure you are not left with an ever-bigger HST liability.


  1. Log into your existing account (your user name is usually your email address)
  2. On the license screen, expand the product details pane (left hand side)
  3. Add a new billing contact, and specify our license support email address: Canadian Support for Atlassian Licenses
  4. Repeat this for each license.
